Booking procedure:
All our activities require a minimum of 4 people (except canoe rental)
We offer two ways to book your activities:
1-Online option you can manage everything from our website. Choose the activity/activities, the day and the number of people. Fill in our form with your details so we can contact you in case of any unforeseen event, and choose your payment method: Paypal or credit card.
To book your place you must pay 50% of the total, with the rest to be paid on the day of the activity.
2-Bank transfer option you will need to contact us to provide the day, activity/activities, number of people and contact details. We will provide you with the bank account number and once the minimum 50% deposit has been made, you must send us proof of payment to reservas@nomadaaventura.com or via WhatsApp with sufficient notice. The remaining amount must be paid IN CASH when filling out the “Declaración responsable” (liability waiver) form at our facilities.
Cancellation policy:
Activities are subject to weather conditions and specific water flow levels, which is why Nómada Aventura reserves the right to postpone them for operational or safety reasons, without this entitling the customer to a refund of the booking or cancellation of the activity.
Likewise, the customer may exercise their right to cancel their booking with a refund up to 10 days before the contracted service is due to take place, with a penalty of €1 per person applied regardless of the reason for cancellation, to cover administration costs.
If the cancellation is made between 10 and 2 calendar days before the activity, the penalty will be 15% of the total. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before, the penalty will be 25% of the total.
Under no circumstances will the booking or its proportional part be refunded before 15 business days from the date of the scheduled activity.
Failure to show up at the start of the activity at the specified place and time, or delays of more than 30 minutes, will be considered a cancellation of the activity by the customer, and the corresponding penalty will apply.
Activities start at 9:30am for the morning session and 4:30pm for the afternoon session. The starting point for the activity is the Nómada Aventura base in Montanejos, at the Las Piedrazas estate.
